Active involvement in educational development, wellbeing and school improvement.
Supporting local schools has long been part of our social value commitment. We regularly provide practical, pastoral and educational contributions across multiple schools. Activities include conducting mock interviews, reviewing student CVs, and offering workplace insights for young learners.
We have funded and delivered a range of improvements including hallway workstations, toilet refurbishments and sports kits for primary and secondary pupils. At Bishopston Comprehensive, we have played a key role in advisory work on the £13 million Band B refurbishment programme, supporting decision-making with insights into community benefits and stakeholder needs. Our involvement in Golden Ages concerts fosters intergenerational connection and celebrates local culture.
