Community engagement

Many members of our team come from veteran communities, and we are committed to supporting their transition into the civilian workforce. Working with organisations such as Care After Combat, we participate in seminars, training placements and employability programmes aimed at assisting ex-service personnel.

As signatories to the Armed Forces Covenant, we proudly uphold the principles of fairness, opportunity and respect for veterans. Our workplace culture values discipline, commitment and the strong work ethic brought by those with military backgrounds.
